Jewelry Question
I have a 'black tie' event- aka 30th birthday party done obnoxiously- tomorrow night. I am wearing a long black strapless dress. I want to get some chunky jewelry....do I do earrings and bracelet, or necklace...or all 3? And is it tacky to do a bright color, or should I stick with gold??

As for your second question, my first thought was that metal would probably look a little more dressy. But it depends on the particular piece.
What kind of material is the dress? What's the neckline like?
