  • I thought my abdominal strain was better...on Sat, we walked around DC and I felt fine. I was so excited to be able to return to Jillian on Mon. Then, yesterday, I spent the day cleaning and cooking with lots of bending...now my side hurts again. So frustrating!!!

  • I plan on lifting when I get home tonight.  Also I want to do legs and abs tomorrow.  I've been really lazy lately and the best way to get energy is to be active.  Hopefully this week will get me back into it.  These extra 10# can go eff themselves!
  • I had hoped to work out on Saturday, but we were so busy with working on our house that we didn't get around to doing T25.  We were doing manual labor all weekend though, so at least we were active.  Definitely working out every day this week and I'm thinking of even hitting the gym during lunch.  I tried on my bday dress on Friday and I'm not 100% pleased about the way my midsection looks in it.  I'm really hoping to drop a couple more lbs by this weekend.

    Still eating good and staying on track with that. :-bd I have an appointment with a dietitian next Monday to discuss my eating plan and make sure I'm on the right track.

  • Working out a few times on the elliptical this week!! I need to work on healthy lunches too. I rely on lean cuisines too much and they have to be terrible for you.

  • I did push ups and tricep dips last night while I was making dinner.  Tonight I'll do a full leg and ab routine.  I just didn't have time to do a full arm routine because we are so low on groceries.  Last night's dinner was literally chicken and random foods thrown into a skillet.  Not my beet effort, but at least I a partial workout in.
  • Worked out last night!  I didn't get a chance to on Monday but I did a lot of heavy lifting at work, so there's that.  Working out tonight, tomorrow morning, Friday and hopefully I'll have time on Saturday.

    I cheated a little last night and have a mni sized snickers.  I just needed something sweet!  AF is in town and I was having the worst cravings yesterday.

  • I walked around the block last night since we got someone's packages delievered to our house, does that count?

    Also my carb craving has turned into fruits and veggies.  Mmmm SALAD!

    I cheated a little last night and have a mni sized snickers.  I just needed something sweet!  AF is in town and I was having the worst cravings yesterday.
    You should keep some peppermint patties around!  They satisfy my chocolate craving and are hardly any calories or fat.  I keep mine in the freezer :)

    I have been running around like crazy after work, but no gym :(  But I am so tired I feel like I have been working out...it's not like I've just been on the couch, right?  I figure as long as I'm moving, that's better than nothing.

    My MIL is visiting and she actually brought a whole bunch of mini peppermint patties with her!!  I was definitely eyeing those, but she didn't get in til almost 11pm, so I had to restrain myself.  [-X

  • Yesterday was the best I've been in a long time.  I ate extremely well and did a full leg/butt routine.  My legs hurt today!  Hoping to go to the gym at lunch today.
