  • Tonight - chicken Parmesan casserole, pasta, and broccoli which will cover 3 dinners. We'll also have tacos 2 nights this week.

  • I'm hoping for ideas, I need to go shopping tonight for food.  Or get Jeff to go tomorrow since he's off.

  • last night we had a maple dijon chicken with brussel sprouts

    Monday - Meatloaf, roasted potatoes, salad

    Tuesday - leftovers

    Wednesday - Farm

    Thursday - grilled chicken salads

    Friday - probably leftovers, but if we're running short on them I have brats in the refrigerator and maybe we'd eat some french fries too!

    Haha I tried that Saturday night. MIL made steak, baked potato, salad, bread... I ate it all, I was so miserable.

    dislike, dislike:( I wasn't sick like you, but at the end of my first tri is when I noticed that I would be full and feel sick if I ate too much food. so now I eat small portions and go back for more if it doesn't overwhelm me.

    Oh yea, small meals are my friends.  I read your whole digestive tract slows down so you can absorb more for LO.  I was just so excited to eat.  I even told myself to eat half, but next thing I knew I ate it all.  It was just so good!  Lesson relearned.

  • H and I are only eating together 2 nights this week.  We had crab cakes and veggies tonight and I totally forget what we said for Wednesday.  Just something quick.  More like reheating than cooking, you know what I mean?
  • Last night...leftovers from the weekend
    Tuesday...spaghetti
    Wednesday....chicken with an Indian sauce
    Thursday...steak
    Friday...??

     

  • Last night we celebrated D's new karate belt as Friendly's.
    Tonight, I'm not sure. M is cooking.
    Tomorrow, it will likely be something I am able to throw together between karate/church stuff.
    Thursday, I'd love to have the lasagna roll ups I made last week. I'd have to ask M to make sauce first because the jarred stuff is too sweet for our tastes anymore.
    Friday, I am blessedly on my own. I might grab a salad.
  • By the end of the day I wanted a salad, so Jeff met me at subway and then I got stuff to make meatloaf today and should have a few days of leftovers.  It's really hard to plan when I don't know what I want.  I'm not used to being picky.
