What's for dinner?

What's everyone cooking this week? I feel like I've come out of a work cocoon and can finally socialize a bit, as well as organize myself a bit, again!

Last night we had "Uptown Meatloaf", homemade mashed potatoes and sweet carrots

Monday: leftovers

Tuesday: Crockpot tortellini, bread

Wednesday: Zesty italian chicken (crockpot) and buttered noodles, green beans

Thursday: easy night - either hot dogs or mac & cheese with corn on the side

Friday: Pizza bake

And, sometime over the weekend I want to make chicken lettuce wraps.

  • This is a weird week for us since MIL is arriving, I'm doing tons of baking for a baby shower and a birthday party and planning Michael's party.

However, I'm doing a little cooking.

Tonight we're having fresh pasta from the strip with a homemade vodka cream sauce with proccuitto ends and peas with wedding soup.

Tomorrow; curried chicken salad on naan with salad and veggies.

Wednesday: out to eat after getting MIL from airport.

Thursday: planning a pierogie sweat shop, so hopefully some of those.

Friday: ?? Possibly something with Chiorizo since I just bought some.

    Saturday: birthday party/baby shower food.

Sunday: birthday party at Chuck E Cheese, then takeout for Michael's party at home.

Monday: grilled cheese and tomato soup

Tuesday: probably baked chicken using this fiesta seasoning I got from tastefully simple and some diced roasted potatoes

Wednesday: dd has swimming lessons so we grab dinner out afterwards

    Thursday: not sure yet

    Friday: homemade pizza

Sat: just me and dd, will probably eat out
