What's everyone cooking this week? I feel like I've come out of a work cocoon and can finally socialize a bit, as well as organize myself a bit, again!
Last night we had "Uptown Meatloaf", homemade mashed potatoes and sweet carrots
Monday: leftovers
Tuesday: Crockpot tortellini, bread
Wednesday: Zesty italian chicken (crockpot) and buttered noodles, green beans
Thursday: easy night - either hot dogs or mac & cheese with corn on the side

And, sometime over the weekend I want to make chicken lettuce wraps.
