Re: Toning Tuesday
Last Thursday, I started my Nike Training app's program to 'Get Lean.' The workouts are a lot harder than I thought they would be.
I ran Friday, did 45 min of stuff from my app (I am learning to love burpees) Saturday, took Sunday off because I couldn't breathe & ran last night. I feel like I'm getting into a good swing now.
Let's hope this lasts.
boy (n): a noise with dirt on it
I went Tuesday last week and that was it. I had stuff to do around the house Wednesday and by 4pm on thursday my whole right knee was blown up swollen and extremely painful. Not sure why since I havent had any problems with it in years. But by Friday the pain was totally gone, so Im going to head back to the gym to try things out again.
Maybe doing 60, 115 pound leg presses wasnt a good idea after running.
my workouts are becoming less frequent and I don't like it. I did RIPPED last week and again last night. yoga friday night
I didn't do zumba saturday morning because it was cancelled for a 1:00 zumba fundraiser that I couldn't attned:(
