Remember how Home Depot almost blew my house up? Of course you remember! How could you forget? I won't stop talking about it! Anyway, I just got a phone call that they are sending us a refund as an "I'm sorry I almost killed you and your entire family and probably some of your neighbors" present. Isn't that wonderful?!

    That's amazing. I wish I knew the secret I deal with them daily and can't get anywhere on anything. Sorry you had to go through that but at least they made it right. Please tell me they also paid to have it fixed along with sending you a refund?

    Hone Depot is great for things YOU can install or make yourself but I would refuse to let them do anything in my house. Honestly I feel the same about Lowe's too sad to say. However I feel pretty blessed because H can do plumbing, BIL is an electrician, and obviously my brother and step dad can work on appliances.

    So glad they gave you a refund but HATE you had to deal with all of that!

    @mancila60 - Want to hear something ironic? H normally does everything himself. He's an electrician and did general construction for awhile before that so he's pretty good at that stuff but he didn't want to install the dryer because he didn't want to fool with the gas line and mess it up...... LOL
