Had a creepy dream last night...
So my dream went something like this......
- Went into labor and headed to L&D
- For some reason they took me right in for a c/s (no explanation given)
- I wasn't numbed or anything and was free to sit up and watch.
- They made the incision on my side because, "it's the new thing to do"
- Baby boy was born and beautiful!
- They stitch me back up without taking the placenta
- We head back to our room, which is more like a hallway and being shared with two other new moms.
- All of a sudden, we realize baby boy is gone and switched out with a girl.
- DH is nowhere to be found and I'm freaking out that my baby was switched and my placenta is still in my uterus.
- Then I woke up.
Nice dream, huh?
