This is annoying...right?
For whatever reason EVERYTHING my MIL does drives me nuts. I feel like every time they come over it's just us catering to them for some reason. So while I was with you my ILs were here. Here are the 3 things that are annoying AND I WASN"T EVEN HERE.
#1. They brought a Valentine's Day card and gift for Lillian. Chocolate covered pretzels. I don't like to give her junk food- you've seen why....and I have TWO children- the card was just addressed to L
#2. They are hypochondriacs (where H gets it from)- something is always wrong. This time it was FIL's knee. Now, last time they were down MIL must have said "N, you should get your father an ice pack so he can ice his ankle" about 909239 times. I finally went into the basement and dug around to find an ice pack. Said ice pack was in the freezer upstairs....but either N or MIL decided to use the brand new expensive back of organic peas I'd bought that morning instead. Um...I don't want his nasty foot on my peas, sorry. N doesn't seem to think this was a problem.
#3. MIL always needs something that I don't offer. This time she needed a cup of tea (because that much caffeine is really going to help you drive home). So, instead of having the tea before driving home she asked for it to go. So N gave her one of my 3 travel mugs...that I use every morning. I told him that come Wednesday and the other 2 are dirty I'll wake him up so he can hand wash one of the others.
I know it's probably just me...but these people annoy me SOOOO much.

Did she give L vday card and gift when she was younger?
Well... This way she didn't have to be bothered getting C's name right.
