So, the sale on our house is not happening. It needs to get sold, like yesterday. So as much as I would love not to have to pay an agent, I think it is going to happen. The agent we bought the house from is retired. Any recommendations for an agent in Shaler/Reserve/North Hills area? We have some things to do, like install the kitchen but that should be done next week so I would like to start looking for someone.
