GTKY: Politics

Do you follow politics? If so is it city, state, federal, or all 3?

Re: GTKY: Politics

  • I sort of do but not as much as I used to. It depresses me.

  • I follow all of it. H and I are pretty big into politics all the way around. We really get into some crazy discussions sometimes.
  • I do, but not as much as I should. I do vote in every election (even the tiny local ones) and do my best to research beforehand.

  • I don't really. I get very annoyed by it. We had that huge politic scandal with bribes, etc. It just makes people mad.

  • Nope!

  • To an extent...being in a government funded field means who is in and what their party is pushing directly affects us at work...how we do things, what we are and are not allowed to do, how much money = services/hours we can provide...So I do follow from a far. I would say I am more invested provincially then federally as we don't see much federal input or money in our province since we don't have enough population get many seats or much say back in Ottawa.
