Hi guys -
So my BF and I are going on a little road trip to Red Bank NJ in a couple months. BF wants to go to Jay and Silent Bob's comic book shop so we decided to make a weekend out of it for his birthday.
Anyway - I've heard from some people that have been there it is a super cute town and there is a lot of little shops ect. So we are planning on spending most of the day right in that area - shopping/eating/sight seeing . . . My question to anyone who has been there is how much walking is there exactly? Are there a lot of hills/inclines? BF has a fake knee that can act up sometimes (as long as he wears his brace, and the walking is on paved flat ground he usually has no issue at all) and I want to make sure he is comfortable - but I also want to have fun! (I know that sounds really selfish . . . but I've gotta be honest!)
We are staying in a hotel in Long Branch which is a 15 minute drive and I was just thinking about taking a taxi there and back so we didn't have to deal with parking (some reviews I've read/people I've talked to say its a PIA - and costs $$ - So I would rather just spend on a taxi).
Is Red Bank too big to walk around that much? Should we taxi or park?
Thanks in advance guys!
