Loved:
Quinoa, Black Bean and Corn Taco's
Gluten Free Waffles
Summer Vegetable Tian
Hated:
Quinoa Cinnamon Bake (were very bland and watery)
Beer Crockpot Chicken (again no flavor)
What are your go-to websites for new recipes and tried and true favorites? Pinterest, Allrecipes, and SkinnyTaste.
What do you typically have for breakfast? It used to be an english muffin with eggwhite, cheese, and ham on it. Now that I'm GF, I've been doing protein bars the mornings I lift weights and these things on the other days. I just made a bunch and froze them so I can toss them in the microwave.
On the weekends I will cook bacon and mix up the Southwest Eggbeaters with spinach, tomatoes, and a wedge of Laughing Cow blue cheese or Garlic & Herb. Yum!
Do you have a food blog yourself? If so, pimp it here. Nope. I've considered blogging my PCOS diet journey and recipes.

@brij2006 that quinoa bake looks very similar to an oatmeal one I do. I use two bananas and add chocolate chips and they are amazing. Blueberries are also really good. I would try it again with more 'stuff' and see if it does it for you.

New recipes I love:
1. P90X recipe for Balsalmic Vinaigrette (here's the link: http://www.food.com/recipe/p90x-balsamic-vinaigrette-439194)
2. Local grocery store (Fry's) recipe for stuffed roasted acorn squash (can't find the link online, but the "stuffing" includes red peppers, onions, goat cheese, italian cheese blend, and I substitute Gardein for the rotisserie chicken).
Go-to websites:
Mostly just Allrecipes.com, unless someone suggests something else to me.
Breakfast:
Usually a wheat English muffin sandwich with egg whites, low-fat mozzarella cheese, and a veggie sausage. This week, I've been eating a slice of whole-wheat toast with peanut butter and small glass of orange juice before I head to the gym, and then a Greek yogurt after.
Food blog:
Nope!

What do you typically have for breakfast? Eh.. I suck at breakfast. I've never been big on breakfast foods. When I do eat, it's usually oatmeal, waffles, or a protein shake. I REALLY need to get up earlier so I can force myself to eat.
Do you have a food blog yourself? If so, pimp it here. nope though I've considered starting a blog in general where I talk about food/recipes/MS/IF/whatever.

What do you typically have for breakfast?
I make up a batch of breakfast burritos every other weekend and keep those in the freezer. In the morning, I have a breakfast burrito and a yogurt. Sometimes I will skip the yogurt and have fruit instead.

@oohsparkly13, what do you put in your breakfast burritos? I've been meaning to try putting together some sort of grab-n-go breakfast option for a while; I just never get around to figuring anything out!
I was enjoying Jimmy Dean Delite breakfast sandwiches for a bit, but they bumped up the price, and croissant ones I loved most aren't always available.

It was super easy to put together too and really filling!

I put scrambled eggs, maple breakfast sausage, and cheddar cheese in mine. I wrap them in plastic wrap and then put them all into gallon freezer bags. It's so nice to have them already there and ready in the morning. They only take about 45 seconds to heat up too.

It's a staple in our kitchen now. That's the only recipe I have to share, but it's a good one!
