Who's here today?

I'm on my first day of Spring break and I'm just relaxingggggggggggggg! I woke up at 6:30 am, and went down for my first nap at 8:00. I've been awake for about 2 hours now and will be ready for Nap #2 anytime. I'm surfing the internet, trying to find fun new blogs to read. Any recommendations?

Re: Who's here today?

  • I'm heeeeeeeeeeere.

I used to like Kelle Hampton but she drives me nuts now. The Bloggess is hilarious. Runs for Cookies is one of my favorite weight loss ones.

  • I agree about Kelle Hampton.  That's really my issue with most of the blogs I have been following. They got all popular and suddenly the tone changes and it makes me a crazy woman.

  • I also like The Pioneer Woman for food blog.

  • I love Dreambookdesign. It's written by a girl that I know. *warning* she is currently pregnant and does weekly posts on it, and she has a son. But they do a lot of DIY which I like.
I'm been reading a lot of fashion blogs lately and like walkinginmemphisinheels and becauseshannasaidso.

I'm around! I don't follow very many blogs, but I do love poking around Tumblr. Hours to be spent there :P I'm particularly fond of 'Texts from Dog' and 'When you work at a museum', tho the latter is sort of special interest.

  • I'm here-ish. Totally jealous of spring break, but I have had a nap today.

The only blog I follow, and it is slow, is Suri's Burn Book. I am a Pinterest whore though.

  • I'm around off and on. Today is the first day of our Body By Vi shakes, so I'm trying not to eat "just because". My sewing machine is going to get well used in the next few weeks, just to keep me out of the fridge.

I also love Suri's Burn Book, but otherwise I'm not much of a blog-follower.

    Enjoy your spring break!

I check out jennifermcguireink.com and ohsheglows.com all the time. Wimp.com and Oddee.com are great time wasters. Oddee isn't SFW (mostly b/c of ads but there are a few nsfw articles occasionally too) but since you're a jerk on spring break, that doesn't matter. ;)

Other ones I check out when I have time: megduerksen.com, u-createcrafts.com, ihategreenbeans (mostly during bachelor/bachelorette seasons), Young House Love, Bower Power, and  The Lettered Cottage ETA: Healthy Tipping Point, Eat Live Run (warning, she's KU), and In The Fun Lane are also fun sometimes

T-TTC since Dec 2008. PCOS/nonexistant cycles(anovulation) and endo. HSG in '10 revealed both tubes blocked. Lap surgery in Dec '10 to correct. Failed Clomid/IUI and injectable(Bravelle)/IUI cycles so far.

  • Oh and also, newdressaday.com is kinda fun to look through. She takes old crap and refashions it. Some of it is still ugly, IMO, but some of it looks great. Regardless, it's fun to see what she does with stuff. I rarely read the posts, but just look at the pics lol
