When do you listen to audio books?
I finally joined audible a couple of weeks ago after a friend raved about being able to sync audio and the kindle book. I love being able to turn chore time into reading time! So far besides driving, cleaning is my favorite time to listen. What is your favorite time to listen to audio books? Any tips or tricks I should know about audible?
Re: When do you listen to audio books?
When I was working I walked a lot -- to and from the office/court house, to/from the office/post office, etc. -- and I would listen to audio books on the walks (I'd have one earbud in and one ear free to hear traffic and other noises necessary to pedestrian safety).
Lately though, I have been listening to audiobooks while trying to fall back to sleep when I wake in the middle of the night. This means I listen to many chapters over and over, so I use books I either have already read/heard or books that I don't have to follow closely. I really like the single reader Librivox recordings for this use.
This exactly. I also try and walk my dog everyday, and I listen then. And in the car.
