Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

    I ran on Saturday and Monday.  I did some quick weight stuff on Sunday morning.  Hoping to run today, too!
  • MEEEEEEEEE!

    I started my training for the MNT thing so I walk/ran 2.5 miles on Saturday, walk/ran 1.5 miles on Sunday and yesterday T and I walked down to the park, around the trail and back. I will run this entire 5k in April if it kills me.

  • Me. I've been keeping up with the zumba, ripped, and yoga. I feel myself getting to a point where I might be walking more and doing less bouncing and burpees and such.
