Recommendations for caterer or place for brunch for 30-40 people

I'm looking for a caterer that can make brunch food or a place that can host a Sunday brunch after Caileigh's first communion in April.  I prefer to have at my house & catered but not if its really $$$.  North Hills or close to town works best.

Thanks!

  • Believe it or not, I had an excellent excellent experience with the Market District in Pine for a Christmas Party that I planned. The food was delicious and worked within the limited budget I had. They were really easy to work with. I gave them a price per person and they gave me the menu. Might be worth a call.
  • We used Monte Verde Catering (on Camp Horne Rd) for G's baptism and first birthday. Good food and decent prices. http://www.monteverdecatering.com/

  • Monteverde set everything up and left - then came back and got everything at a designated time. They were great and really easy to work with. I highly recommend them!

  • I second Market District in Pine - excellent food and they deliver!! We used them for Ben's christening and had 40 people at my house. It was great!
  • I think this Market District is where our work lunch came from on Monday. It was very good. Lots of food and the dessert tray was unreal. In a good way. I've always had great stuff from GE bakery but this was Oakmont bakery cailber!!
  • They did deliver to us. We did not get sternos and the whole bit, so I am not sure if they set up that stuff or not. They helped me unwrap everything and then left.
  • Have you looked at Wexford Post Office Deli? T-Bones is good, but I don't think they do residential delivery usually. My parents have had it done, but it may have been a courtesy because we used them for business things.

Oh, and MD is really good too.

  • If you want to physically go somewhere, we hosted Sean's Baptism at Willow at the end of last April. And I think it was around this time that I booked them, but you may have to work fast, as we were running into Communion parties as well.

We had around 20 people and it ran around $20/head (not including alcohol). We brought our own cake. It was very nice and they were super easy to work with. (They also have 3 or 4 different banquet rooms to choose from.)

    Good luck!

Oh! I went to a baby shower there, and the room was soooo nice (though I love WIllow in general) and the food was great! By far, the classiest baby shower I've ever attended!
