Went pretty well. Reviewed the a/s and everything is fine, including my cervix which I was kinda freaked about. But she's concerned that my feet are swelling already. She wants me to cut out salt and see me back in three weeks. I honestly don't take in that much salt to begin with so I'm not sure if that's really going to help, but I'm willing to try. I'm just a little depressed bc I feel like my hope of giving birth in a birthing center instead of a hospital are going out the window. It's probably a little early to be such a Debbie downer, but that's how I feel. I did get to hear baby's heartbeat which was awesome and it was crazy strong and loud today!

I would suggest laying on the floor with your legs straight up the wall to help with drainage. It apparently does wonders for lower body swelling. Also, lots and lots of water. Good luck! Hopefully it doesn't stall your plans

I hope your swelling goes down a bit so you and your doc can both relax.
