We are headed to the ocean!

It's a 4 hour drive, and we are staying two nights. Can anyone help me come up with a list of what/how much to pack? Also any tips or advice for traveling with a baby would be appreciated.

For mobile users, A is 5 months old.
Re: Hotel is booked!
A sun hat for A and if you need a swimsuit for her, I suggest a two piece rash guard type to give her the most coverage. Swim diapers. And then whatever you'd use on a daily basis. I'd also bring a big blanket so you have a cleanish place to put her down in the hotel room. When we went with Zack to SF last month, I was pretty much holding him the whole time because I didn't really want to put him down on the floor in the hotel and didn't feel safe with him on the bed if I needed to walk away to do something since he was semi-mobile at the time.

Yay!
We left at 4:30am for our 14hr road trip with DS when he was 5months and he slept until about 8:30 and then we took a break, so if you can time it to leave when she would normally nap or sleep, you'll do great. Last summer when we did a three hour trip with him, we left at the time of his morning nap and he slept great and woke up happy to stay in the car until the end of the trip.
Does the hotel have a crib? If not, a pack n play is fabulous. We did three hotel stays when DS was less than a year and always brought his PNP. Baby sunblock, UV rash guard shirt, picnic blanket or large towels for the beach. An umbrella if you have on. I can't remember if you are nursing or not, but if not, enough bottles for two days so you don't have to worry about cleaning them. All her reg day to day stuff. Babywash/shampoo to give her a bath after the day at the beach. Sunhat. Does she use a sound maching - brilliant for when you are having to share a room. A&A blankets for nursing cover/sun cover/place to change her on the go...
I'm sure there is lots I'm forgetting, but have a blast!
