  One annoying thing: I ordered a hardcover copy of Attachments on Amazon several weeks ago and it STILL hasn't arrived. It wasn't eligible for Prime shipping, but I figured a few weeks was plenty of time for it to come from Texas to Indiana. GRRR. My mistake. I should have just ordered the paperback, but I wanted all my Rainbow Rowell books to be in hardcover.

  I wish I could go tonight! I saw it on Rainbow's schedule and I was really considering making a trip out of it, but it didn't work out.  Take a lot of pictures and let us know how it is!

  Rainbow & David were awesome as expected! I arrived an hour early but was still #89 in line for the signing...wonder how early the first people were? One of the moms who brought her daughter to the event ended up giving me her number in line so I got to move up 50 spots. (I think she must have had pity on me for being pregnant and having to stand so long. So nice of her!)

  
  

  Rainbow and David both said they would sign as many books as we wanted and spent time talking to each person one-on-one with no rush. My hardcover of Attachments didn't come until the next day (GRR), but I was able to buy a paperback at the signing. I actually spoke to them and didn't freak out or act really awkard, which is rare for me. 
  

  
  

  It was so crowded with hundreds of people trying to squeeze into this tiny bookstore (Kids Ink) that they had to move us out into the back parking lot in order for everyone to see and hear them speak and read from their books. They were charming and adorable and made us all laugh. 

  
  

  So basically it was as awesome as I expected. If you have the chance to go see either of them, definitely go!

  This sounds like an awesome night.  We never have authors that I'm excited about make appearances in my area.
