Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Haven't received my State Refund... Question
I filed on February 10. I received my Federal tax refund on Feb 20. I had to file for two states - MA and RI. I owe for MA, but RI owes me about $450. I have yet to see this money come into my account.
I did change my name in July of last year. Could this be the reason why I am having an issue? Who should I contact regarding this?
I filed my taxes through TaxAct online and this is the first year this issue has happened. Just not sure what I should do first. Any suggestions?

Your tax return has successfully been processed, and your refund is scheduled.
Please check back in a week for approval date information
