This has been hotly debated at home and elsewhere over the last couple of days and I'm curious what you think. Who is a better singer?

I think that's what it comes down to.  I have a favorite and to me the other isn't in the same league.  But I can't really put him lower either.  Does that makes sense?

And that's why I'm having difficulty.  I can't choose one over the other.

  • I can't do it!!!!!!! I'm going to vote, but really my choice is based on which singer has songs I happen to prefer, not really over their individual talent. Cause, it's pretty even right there.

    I can't choose!
  • I had to choose Steve Perry because I love Journey like no other.

    But yeah, hard to compare.

  • I chose Freddie.  When I hear a new voice on the radio that I love, I always ask myself, "Is he more talented than Freddie?" Clearly, it's a no.

I love Journey, but Freddie's voice, to me, is just flawless.

  • Thanks to Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett, I can not listen to Queen in the same way that I used to. (Anyone who has read Good Omens can relate).

Me neither. Now they have an almost Godlike status.

  • Perhaps I am alone in thinking that this is really no contest at all.  I think Freddie is far and away the more talented vocalist.  I'm pretty sure that no one else is even in his league.

Nope. You're not alone. This is not a contest.

Hopefully you'll still be my friend, Lauren.
