Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

  • I am a little. I've slowed down considerably:(

    Monday - RIPPED

    Friday - yoga

    Saturday - I skipped zumba so that I could sleep

    and last night I did go to RIPPED. hopefully this week my energy levels spike a tad so I can get all my workouts in.

  • I was going to go cancel our gym membership since we havent been in months, but last night DH decided he wants to go back to the gym starting Monday. Which Im super excited about. I have no motivation to go by myself.

    But he is making some good changes for himself. Hes hoping that starting this new job and hitting up the gym right after work will get himself set into a routine in the afternoon/evenings.

    It works well because then I can get C off the bus and get a few things done around the house before meeting him at the gym. It only sucks because it will be high attendance time then.

  • I have been working overtime and haven't had time, which I'm not thrilled about.  Sigh.
