Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Where to look for a nanny
We are just starting the search for a nanny for our 3 young children. I have signed up for care.com, but I was wondering if anyone had any other suggestions?

care.com came to mind first..... not sure about any other agencies in the city. I was a nanny many moons ago for a family in NJ and they had lots of agencies in the metro NYC area to go through. Sorry I can't be of more help.
