Fit Friday

Ok ladies I challange you ladies to do 25 jumping jacks 2 times between now and next Friday! (Pregnant ladies do not attempt!)

Also what is the hardest thing for you when losing weight? (Ex: excercise, diet, routine, etc)

What is your goal? Timeline and lbs to lose?

Re: Fit Friday

  • I have to say, I'm feeling pretty good this morning! I had my weekly weigh in and I'm down 5lbs since the beginning of the month! It may not be a lot but I haven't been super good and Aunt Flo came to visit in there so I'm happy with any loss.

The hardest thing for me is and always has been, incorporating exercise. I'm hoping, now that it's nicer out, to start doing couch to 5k again. Which will make my biggest struggle getting up early!

I'd like to lose 35lbs total, so I only have 30 to go! And if I ever got to the point where I could run a 5k I would be really happy with that.

  • My goal is 30-40 lbs by Jan!

The hardest part for me is diet and it will always be a problem. I'm a super picky eater I always have been. And the healthy stuff I just can't eat. I don't really eat red meat so it's pretty much just chicken and pork other than sausage. But I eat no veggies and I only eat a few fruits. I'm so limited in what I eat that I try to do portion control and excercise extra to compensate for the lack of diet.
  • It took me almost 2 years but I am finally 20lbs down.

Diet is hardest for me! I love food all kinds and love sweets. I been doing MUCH better than I used to, but still wont say no to a cookie.
I been working out 5 to 6 times a week in a dance, kickboxing or yoga class. I found a great friendly studio and its been almost my second home. Its small so the owner is also the main teacher so she keeps us in check.

Short term goal is 10 lbs by June. My cardio doctor labeled be as Moderately obese last time I was there so I'm hoping a total of 30 lbs will knock that title off my record.

My long term goal is a total of 70 lb but I think I be really happy with a total of 50 by this time next year.

  • Exercise I would have to say so hard to get motivated. My goal is to loose 20lbs by the end of this year.

  • Hardest thing for me is I sit behind a desk all day and I get bored, so I start grazing.  I need to stop that habit.  And I hate to exercise, like seriously hate it, but I need to get my ass moving.  A friend and I made a pact yesterday that we are going to start walking and then jogging 2x a week every week no excuses.

I'd ideally like to lose 50 lbs, but I'd be happy for 20 by my birthday in Sept.
