Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. The hardest part for me is diet and it will always be a problem. I'm a super picky eater I always have been. And the healthy stuff I just can't eat. I don't really eat red meat so it's pretty much just chicken and pork other than sausage. But I eat no veggies and I only eat a few fruits. I'm so limited in what I eat that I try to do portion control and excercise extra to compensate for the lack of diet.
