AW: Yay!!!!! IF success-related
So...I started an IF support group at my church last June. We had our first meeting in July and then bam...after 22 months of struggling and 2 failed IUIs, I get my surprise BFP. The girls in the group couldn't have been happier for me. Which was awesome! There are 3 of us that are regulars.
One girl had 4 m/cs last year alone (including one molar pregnancy). She ended up having to get surgery in November to remove scar tissue from her uterus and the doc told her the best thing she could do is get pg right away. Sure enough! She did a Clomid cycle and got pg with twins! She is now 14 weeks along and finally able to start breathing with this pregnancy because they'd never seen a heartbeat before and now she's in her 2nd tri!
Another of our regulars has pretty severe PCOS and has been struggling for so long. She lost twins at 19 weeks 3-4 years ago and hasn't been able to get pg since. Well, she just had her 2nd IUI two weeks ago, had her first beta draw this morning and I just got an email from her that she's pregnant!!! I'm so excited!!!
I just wanted to share the joy that I have for these amazing women and how God is so good! Woohoo!!

It reminds all of us that it can happen. It may not be ideal, and it may not be on our time. But it is still possible.
