Our offer was accepted!
Sorry I just need somewhere to blab this and I hate spewing info all over Facebook sometimes so why not to a bunch of people on The Nest? 
After our last two offers being rejected at asking price, our third offer was just accepted! I'm so excited! We ended up settling a little with a condo instead of a SFH but the price was amazing, very low condo fee, and still has roughly the same square footage that we were looking at for homes anyway. Closing date was agreed upon for the end of june. I wish we didn't have to wait! Soooo happy to be getting out of our current living situation!
