Its Tuesday....

Morning Gals! I forgot to share with you exciting news that happend over the weekend. My alma mater won the NCAA D-1 Women's Hockey Champ! This is quite amazing and awesome when you consider the school is like 2000 student grad/undergrad and in the middle of nowhere NY. I am so excited for those girls and the school in general!! In other news it is Tuesday. My H is going snowmobiling today and I am ticking the hours down till I get out of work. Way too many to go at this point.

Aggie: Thanks for stopping in and saying hi! Love the pics on facebook!

Re: Its Tuesday....

  • YAY for your undergrad, Degrea!! It's always cool when something good happens to your alma mater!
Our douche neighbor was running a little grader at like the butt crack of dawn and it pissed me off  because I worked late so I'm super tired. I'd like to take a nap, but he's still running the damn thing. Not sure what he's trying to do, but he's not doing it well.

  • HAHA! Poor JLQ!! Hopefully he stops soon so you can get your rest on.

  • He stopped, but now it's too late in the day for me to nap or I'll just nap until DH gets home from school and I have work to do. Blagh.
My sleep schedule is so whacked out. I can't wait until summer where hopefully I can get on a better schedule. Some nights I'm at work until 11, so I don't go to bed until like 1230, but nights I don't work I'm in bed by 10 to get up for classes. My body can't handle that. I've been sleeping soooo late on my days off. I literally could have slept all day today.

  • Yea that whole schedule sounds terrible JLQ! Are you taking clases over the summer? When do classes end for the semester?

  • No classes this summer, but once I'm in program I'll have to do summer practicums.
Classes end like the first week in May or something. I don't remember when exactly, and I'm too lazy to look it up.
I'm trying to figure out if I want to make my summer availability day shift or second shift. If I do days, I'll be done working by 3:30, and will have evenings to do stuff. But if I do second, I'll have all afternoon to do stuff but will have to go to work by 3. Choices, choices.

  • Afternoon! Somehow everyone is sleeping here and has been for the last hour. It's nice.

Ds1 has this freaking fever still so he is a miserable little boy for the most part.

It's snowing again! I love winter but I'm done with this one.

Degrea did your sister ever get proposed to?

I want to have a baby girl! So badly! But we must wait

Random thoughts from me are brought to you by lack of sleep and having only made decaf coffee this afternoon because to have a regular required grinding beans but ds2 is sleeping in his swing in the kitchen and I could not wake him!!
  • LOL Echo!!! I like the end where it is like Sesame Street. To answer your question no she hasn't been asked yet as far as we know. They are leaving for vacation this weekend to FL. So maybe while they are in FL.

JLQ: I would choose Days. More time with H. But 2nd shift has the advantage of sleeping in.

  • I am in love with John Legend's new song. Like I listen to it on repeat. It's SO good!!!!

Echo - You make me laugh. Sometimes I feel like my posts are like that - just totally random. I also tend to talk with my best friend like that.
