T-TTC since Dec 2008. PCOS/nonexistant cycles(anovulation) and endo. HSG in '10 revealed both tubes blocked. Lap surgery in Dec '10 to correct. Failed Clomid/IUI and injectable(Bravelle)/IUI cycles so far.

I was wondering the same thing PandP. What if she DID really believe she was pregnant? Doesn't make it ok, but only makes it even more sad. If you're delusional enough to believe that, then you're probably delusional enough to not go to doc appts and stuff. And if she is that messed up, maybe she even thought she WAS going to appts? Who knows.

Absolutely. Especially if she was supposedly expcting multiples. He's probably so embarrased.. I feel for the guy. I think she knew she wasn't really pregnant, but who knows.
