  First step: payoff debt, all the way!

  
  

  After that, all bets are off! We'd absolutely spruce up the house (and then immediately sell it for something with better storage and a little bit more room). 

  
  

  Definitely buy a couple of new vehicles and go on a major vacation.

  Same here... Unfortunately, DH has a lot of SLs and Sallie Mae will be with us for at least several more years, regardless of how aggressive we get with her!

  In order, write a few big fat checks to several ministries/missionaries/church we support, pay debts, pay all family's debts, quit both our jobs, sleep for a month (preferably in a hut in Tahiti), buy a baby or 10. Do a whole lot of RAOKs, invest the rest.

  Pay off all our debt, pay off our house, buy a big, new, beautiful house with cash, buy new cars, give some to our closest family/friends, and then put the rest into investments

  a few rounds of clomid and femara... no response.
  injectables/IUI 12/12... BFN
  Feb 13 IVF cycle converted down to IUI due to low follicle response... BFFN
  one last IVF attempt April/May 2013: 19 retrieved. 10 fertilized. 2 transferred in a 3dt. 4 frosties... BFP!!
  EDD: 1/21/14... Induced early at 36+6. Our LO was born 12/30/13

  Absolute first thing: take just enough to hire a lawyer and a financial planner, hide the money, and tell nobody else until we've decided what we'll do with ALL of it (which means no quitting jobs until we've decided either).
