Meeting authors
So, last weekend I got to meet quite a few authors at a writers conference. Roxanne St. Claire was super nice and gave me tons of "author advice." The highlight was hanging out with Adriana Trigiani. She is so funny, so blunt, & honest. A super nice lady that had me in stitches. She's really supportive of writers and offered her email address to those needing any help. Also learned that her book Big Stone Gap was made into a movie recently. No idea on release date. Did you guys know she wrote YA? I read Viola in Reel Life and loved it. Anyway, just thought I'd share my wonderful weekend. Have a great one!
