Latest test results TTGP

My prolactin went up even tho I'm on meds for it. 7.6 to 10.3. They raised my dosage from half a pill to a full pill daily. My next cycle we'll be doing an HSG and they will dilate my cervix.

Hs results are this:
7.2 ph
Watery viscosity

Initial values:
2.5 ml volume
20 mill/ml
50 mill total number of sperm
60.1% motility
30.05 mill total motile sperm
0% morphology strict criteria

After wash:
.5 ml volume
2.8 mill/ml
1.4 mill total number of sperm
88.94% motility
1.25 mill total motile sperm
1.5% morphology strict criteria

It was noted in writing that morphology was low. He needs to call to see what they want him to do.

Now the normal reference range according to the result page is:
1.5 ml volume
Watery viscosity
7.2 or more ph
15 mill/ml concentration
39 mill total number of sperm
40% motility
4% morphology strict criteria

Any thoughts? We're not sure how to interpret his results since we didn't talk to the people who did the test.

I think it looks like his results are ok! And regarding the possibility for low morph, most drs say that isn't much of an issue. Good luck with the rest of your testing!

I agree with the morph comment.  My RE wasn't too concerned with DH's morph numbers.  Good luck with the rest of your testing!
