We are oddly doing a few test run Thanksgiving type recipes in March and April. I don't really know why.

Usually I do half cream cheese and half fat-free sour cream, and cut the shredded cheese down a little.
Also, use green salsa as recommended - it's perfect to get a good creamy texture. Chunkier red salsa doesn't work nearly as well.

Slow Cooker Cranberry Turkey
1 turkey breast
1 13oz can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 tsp salt (I omit this because the onion soup is salty enough)
1/4 tsp pepper
1. Place turkey in slow cooker
2. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over turkey.
3. Cover and cook on Low 6-8 hours.
