Usually I do half cream cheese and half fat-free sour cream, and cut the shredded cheese down a little.

Also, use green salsa as recommended - it's perfect to get a good creamy texture.  Chunkier red salsa doesn't work nearly as well.

I have no clue.  I have weeks when I'm so on top of this and others where I am sooo out of it.  On bad weeks, I've been stealing all your ideas though, so thanks :D

I think I need to start planning monthly...

SnShne322 It's actually from a cookbook - shocking!  But easy enough...

    Slow Cooker Cranberry Turkey
    1 turkey breast
1 13oz can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 tsp salt (I omit this because the onion soup is salty enough)
    1/4 tsp pepper

    1. Place turkey in slow cooker
    2. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over turkey.
    3. Cover and cook on Low 6-8 hours.
