Re: Tragedy in McCandless

  • I saw this also. Wonder what in the world happened. So sad.
  • That makes me sick.  So sad.

  • My worst fear - something happening when I am not there. Praying for them, because I can't even imagine
  • I saw this on the news this afternoon.  I am suspicious, just because I think it is such a small chance that two kids, who aren't babies would be knocked under the water in a tub and not be able to get up.  I can see one, but then I'd think the other would call for someone or get out to get help.  I wonder if this is why no information is being released.  I hope my instincts are wrong in this case. Either way, it's sad and horrible.

    I thought the same thing.

  • I also had the same thoughts as Amber.  My boys are 3 and 5 and it's just hard to imagine this happening, or being out of ear shot long enough for it to happen.  Either way, it is a tragedy.  I hate hearing about things like this.
  • Did I read that the Mom confessed? I can't even imagine.

I worked PR for Passavant for 8 yrs and I was only there a couple of months when a deceased child was brought in. Worst work experience I've ever had and one I often prayed I would never had to go through again.

Many prayers go out to the family and friends. May God bless those babies.
