Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

  • Good!  Worked out 4 times last week, and my mom said it looks like I've lost 5 lbs.  WOO!!

  • I'm doing a pretty good job of cleaning my house.  I go for walks everyday, but I'm scared to overdo it. 
  • I feel like I'm doing pretty good too.  We've been working like crazy on our backyard and I've been squeezing some morning workouts in and I also got a run in on Friday after work.  Yesterday I woke up with a huge headache that lasted all day.  I stayed home from work with the hopes of it going away after some extra sleep so I could clean and get a workout in, but it only got worse.  I still have it today, but I pushed myself to workout this morning.

    This week is going to be pretty busy!  There will definitely be no time for any lazyness!!

  • Super proud of myself!  I worked out yesterday morning, yesterday after work, and I got up and worked out this morning.  I really wanted to sleep for an extra hour, but then I reminded myself how badly I want to loose this weight, so I got my ass up.  I'm gonna try to get a run in with my pup after work today too.

    We also stained all the wood we are using to build our outdoor sectional last night.  We'll start building it tonight.

  • This seems like a good place to AW for a minute. :)

    So I went for a physical in January and realized much to my dismay that I had put on 20 pounds since my wedding. That was NOTgoing to fly, so I went back on Weight Watchers at the beginning of February. I'm down 13 pounds total, and 5 of that has been since the Lent challenge started. I'm in the gym 5 days a week and have gotten back into weight training seriously, which I haven't done since college. I love what it does for my body and find it so much less boring than other workouts.

    And today I was able to put on a pair of size 8 pants that haven't fit me for over a year.

  • Keeping myself busy with laundry. It's been a perk since I have to go down and up stairs to do it.
