  • I did the planking challenge twice. We are lucky I did that much I hate planking.

    H and I grilled pork chops that we seasoned. Then we cooked some asparagus to go with it.

    Usually Sun is easier for me to get a good workout. That is normally our at home day so I have time and have help for whatever I may need.

    Also anyone can issue the next workout challenge for the next week.
  • I did the planks because they are a part of my kickboxing class and yoga.

    I eat like complete crap this week, not sure really why, just didn't plan or organize like I usually do. I got to get back on it.

    Saturday mornings I do back to back dance classes so its my best workout day, it can be hard fitting in with Saturdays usually being busy but the class is at 8:30 - 10:30 so usually can get it in, its hard to get my butt out of bed.

  • oh yeah, planking, right.  um, I'll get on that tonight......

    I had a lot of fresh fruit and veggies this week.

    I do better with workouts on Thurs-Sun as I am in work/school for 12+ hours Mon-Wed

    Oops! No planking for me

    Need to shop, but bought a chicken salad at work

    Best days for me are Sat and Sunday. I tend to push myself more when there arent time constraints
  • Challenge: I challenge you ladies to walk a mile this week.
  • How did you ladies do with the planking challenge? I did it! 

    What was the healthiest thing you ate this week? Um...I don't know. I've been drinking a lot of water and eating a lot of fruit this week.

    What day of the week is the easiest for you to get a good workout in? Usually Saturday. I'm doing this training program for a charity here and, while we have to train every day, we do a big team training on Saturday mornings. It's always easier when someone is there to push me.

  • How did you ladies do with the planking challenge? Sorry but vacation does not equal planks. We did do a ton of walking though!

    What was the healthiest thing you ate this week? We did oatmeal with bananas one morning, and then grilled steaks with veggies for lunch another day. 

    What day of the week is the easiest for you to get a good workout in? Usually Monday. It's the day I'm the most motivated before the craziness of the week sets in.
