Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

tax question - donated goods
Hi, I'm not very tax savvy, but trying to get paperwork prepared for our accountant. My DH usually does it, but this year it's me. And yes, I'm getting a late start 
In 2013, we bought and sold a house and made LOTS of trips to Goodwill. I have the slips from them with the donation dates, but nothing is itemized. What's the max I can deduct without itemizing? We didn't donate anything really valuable. Just a lot of smaller things - clothes, household items & decor, etc...
