Wedding RSVP

Jeremy's cousin is getting married next month. I was planning on having my Mom watch Logan....until I got the invitation that says "and family." Would you assume he is invited to the wedding? Her sister is coming in from TX and she has 2 little kids that I'm guessing will be there. Would you confirm with the bride that he is invited or just put his name on the response card so they know he'll be there. Obviously he doesn't affect the head count, but wanted to let her know we plan to bring him.

Whenever it says and family in my experience, the kids are invited. My cousin sent out save the dates with it worded like that, and then the actual invite it has everyone's name on it.

And family includes kids, so I'd assume Logan is invited. If your close with the bride you, it wouldn't hurt to confirm this. I had a few people make sure, I didn't care

I'd assume that he was invited too if the invite said "and family". You could always confirm if you want to.

PS I can't wait to see the cute little outfit you put him in for this! lol

I would say yes he's invited. But if you want a date night you could leave that bit of info out and still have your mom come over and watch L!

Thanks ladies. I think I'll just put that he's coming on the response card. Initially I thought about not taking him, but I realize I wouldn't really get any time with him that day....the wedding is 2 hours away at 3pm, so I'd spend most of the morning getting ready and getting him ready to be with my mom and then be gone the rest of the day, so I'm gonna bring him

. @amcourt09 I'm really excited about the thought of getting him all dressed up! Just gonna wait til closer to make sure whatever I buy fits right since they grow so fast!
