My mom and I see the same woman to have our hair done. Last night my mom had the first appointment and then I had mine. My mom filled J in (J has been my stylist for years and knew we were 3T before my mom), and J looked over at the station next to her. The stylist next to her is 7 months pg and constantly complains about being pg and how she doesn't even want kids (this is her 4th - I heard her piss and moan with her 3rd). J moved her station away from this lady for me. She is amazing. I tipped her 50% more than usual and said, "Thanks for moving," and she gave me a big hug and said, "Been there. Call me if you need. Love you lots."
Oh - and I told my folks about our adoption plans. They are so happy! I knew they would be - my uncle is adopted - but it's nice to know for sure they are psyched!

I still remember the day my sister (who is adopted herself) told me they were adopting a little girl. I was so thrilled I would get to be an aunt again I couldn't concentrate on studying for my finals. :-).
Your kid(s) are already so loved hopefully sooner rather than later they will get to know and experience that love.
