The house is POS. I doubt anyone will buy it. It is super old and my parents haven't been able to keep up with it. IDK what else they could do. Its a tiny town so no one is buying or renting there.

They are underwater so much with the house. They're credit is already ruined. I think this would give them a nice fresh start honestly. I am a little sad as it is my childhood home, but relieved as my parents won't be stressed out to the max every month due to money problems.

Thanks guys! It doesn't really bother me with their money troubles. I think they will have a clean slate and that will be good for them. It's isn't that they can't manage the money. I think they couldn't keep up with a really old house.
