  Honestly I don't care. As long as I can find the part to pull I don't care which way it goes. Although I will say I have known married couples who have split up over this issue.

  I never cared until I started dating my husband. He hates it when the TP is not on in the over the top way.

  Definitely over the top. It is so much easier to get. Especially when you're getting up 6 times a night and hugely pregnant. I've had to tell DH to make SURE it's going over the top.
