If you are an only child did you ever wish you had siblings? If you have siblings have you ever wished you had more or none at all?

lol, this question makes me laugh. I have a brother and a sister. I'm the middle.

My brother is 9 years older then me and we've always been close.

My sister on the other hand, I don't know how we made it to adulthood without A) killing each other and/or

my mother killing both of us. We fought like animals when we were little. To this day we aren't very close, we speak maybe 3-4 times a year and she live in walking distance to my house. In fact she's never even been to my new house. she would stand at the gates of heaven and argue with God.

I have 1 brother, he is 3 years younger than me. We were not very close when we were younger and my mom ALWAYS yelled at us and told us, over and over, that we would only have each other when my parents were gone... It didn't matter then, that's for sure. We have gotten closer as adults. I had always wanted a sister and then my dad got married and his wife has two girls, they are 11 and 14. That'll do.

I have two - a sister and a brother. I'm the youngest. My sister is 12 years old than I am and my brother is 8 years older. I wish we were closer in age or that I had siblings closer to my age. We weren't close at all growing up but my sister is one of my best friends now.

I have two brothers, 6 and 4 years older than me. They have always been closer to each other than they are to me.

Growing up I always wanted a little sister, but I'm glad my parents never gave me one. There are some great advantages to being the youngest and only girl!

I have 3 brothers and a sister (advantages of blended families). My dad has 4 of us total, I met my sister once and 1 of my brothers I have never met. My dad adopted my step moms son and he is a year older than me, we have never gotten along and will never. He actually made the comment to my H after we got engaged that the wedding hasn't actually happened yet and I could still say no.

And then my mom has me and my brother who is actually my step brother. We actually grew up together so we are closer to each other than other siblings. He is 8 years older than me and we didn't get along as kids because of the age difference but now that our lives are similar we get along much better.

I always wanted to be an only child but I am the baby and I'm the only girl that is around. Those do have advantages especially with my dad because I am his little girl and can do no wrong!

I have two younger sisters. One is 3 years younger than me and the other is 9 years younger than me. me and my middle sister were really close growing up, but when she started high school we grew apart and I started to grow closer to my youngest sister. now my middle sister lives in California and I barely ever talk to her. me and my youngest sister are really close now, she's 17.

I have 2 brothers- and I'm in the middle. Growing up they had an unspoken understanding that no matter who did what they should just blame me.

Not only did I get the reputation of being trouble, I was also always suspected of lying since I always denied things I didn't do.

Turns out that while they were always blaming me and beating me up they also ended up being pretty overprotective. I bag one experience that was sort of a turning point for our relationships.

I always wanted a sister, but now I am very very close with my older brother (3 years) and pretty close with my younger brother (4 years). We are getting closer as he gets older.

I have 2 siblings a brother & a sister. My brother is 2 years younger than I am and my sister is 4 years younger than I am. So I am the oldest. I love both my siblings my brother and I fought a lot when we where younger but as we got older we settled down so we get a long but don't talk much.. My sister and I always have gotten along not that we didn't have our quarrels. Even tho we live in different states we still talk.

I have an older brother (3years) we weren't very close growing up, and we aren't now. We have nothing in common, and don't see eye to eye on, well, pretty much anything. He lives halfway across the country from me, and I'm okay with that. We see each other at Christmas, sometimes. It is what it is. I love him, he's my brother, but I don't think we'll ever be 'friends'.

I have a sister that is 4 years older than me and a brother that is 4 years younger than me. I am so glad that I had siblings! Now that I am older I am excited about our children playing together like we did with our cousins when we were younger.
