I mark it DNF and don't rate it. In my mind, it IS rated, it's just zero stars.
Books I've lost interest in for whatever reason or had to return to the library half-read I usually leave as currently reading. I have a bad record with finishing biographies. I like the idea of reading biographies more than I actually like reading them.
