Final update (4/9 at 10pm):
She stopped progressing at 7cm at around 2:30 and opted for a c/s. Allison Rose was born at 3:45pm weighing 8lbs 2 oz and is 20.5 inches long.
They nicked a uterine artery during the section and mama lost a lot of blood. She is still in recovery and waiting to be release to her pp room.
Baby A was taken to the nicu. She had a fever at delivery and the cultures take 48 hours to come back. Her DH has been in to see and hold her but Saisongbird hasn't been able to go yet
One of us will post a pic when she has one

"People talk about escapism as if it's a bad thing... Once you've escaped, once you come back, the world is not the same as when you left it. You come back to it with skills, weapons, knowledge you didn't have before. Then you are better equipped to deal with your current reality."
