A HOME!!!!!!!
The house went on the market last Monday afternoon. I saw it on Tuesday, H wasn't able to come because work is so crazy. Put in an offer on Wednesday. Found out Friday morning there were 2 other offers and found out Friday afternoon that they accepted ours! The realtor said we were the first to submit an offer and we were the highest.
The house needs work, but it has fantastic potential! It's a tudor and honestly, tudors are my favorite style. H loves it too but it a little intimidated by the work it needs.
I've spent my day off contacting lawyers, reviewing mortgage paper work, trying to get insurance quotes, and schedule a home inspection, but I am so happy to have a home for our baby! No more basement living for this family!!! Hopefully we can move in before he/she arrives.
