Work outs anyone?

I did yoga with Andrea Friday and hunter and I have walked everyday around the block.

Re: Toning Tuesday

  • total slacker here.

    last monday I did RIPPED and Friday I did yoga.  Saturday I skipped zumba because we had a sub, and last night I skipped RIPPED because we had a sub.  I hate subs:(  but I did walk the dogs both Saturday and last night. it was beautiful out!!

  • I helped DH and my dad tear down our shed for 3 days. Does that count? I also packed and hauled and moved stuff all weekend. I got a pretty good work out.

    But seriously, the gym starts again on Tuesday. If not the gym them at least walks around town with my SIL and the dogs.

  • Monday - Elliptical

    Tuesday - Elliptical

    Wednesday - Jazzercise

    Thursday - Nothing. I took the night off to go to the park with T. So.. I walked to the park and then chased T around. That counts for something right? 

    Friday - Nothing.

    Saturday - Training with my MNT running group and Jazzercise class

    Sunday - Nothing. I went to a baby shower in the morning and by time we got home, I was wiped from chasing T around there all morning/afternoon.

    you've been busy!! way to get it! you're going to be in tip top shape by the time the pool is open!
  • I just got done the treadmill and bike. I've been trying to go down and work out every other day, last week I slacked since I was away for two days. Only 2 months until we go to Myrtle Beach..I've got to step my game up.

  • Oh, and I definitely pulled my calf muscles on Thursday night at RBF.  They didn't hurt until Saturday morning, though.  Is that weird?
