  I've been jokingly slapped a few times but never anything serious. 

  I've jokingly slapped DH a couple times, never in the face.  DH said we was slapped once by a drunk girl at a bar before he met me.  I don't know the whole story but I think it was something really stupid.

  I've never been slapped and I don't think H has been either in a serious way.  I do tend to slap him when we are playing around though.

  My mom slapped me once. It wasn't very hard, it was more shocking than anything. We were both stunned because I was only spanked a handful of times as a child, but we were both PMSing a little, I believe! Otherwise, just playful slaps.

  
  

  H, I accidentally slapped him once. We were at the dog park and he had a mosquito on his cheek and I just said "You have a... *smack*!"  DH - "WTF" Me - "....mosquito..." At least I killed the mosquito...right?! I've also accidentally elbowed him really hard in the nose when we were in bed. I'm not the most graceful of women...

  My mom has slapped me.  DH hasn't been slapped.  Well, not in the face.  I slap him on the behind a lot, though.

  I was probably slapped when I was a kid by my parents but nothing epic that I remember. DH said that he was slapped in high school by some girl and he just laughed at her.

  I've been slapped a few times, I used to get into fights a lot in elementary school. I'm sure my brother and my parents have slapped me once or twice.

  Neither of us has ever been slapped in the face.  We slap each other on the butt though

  I've never been slapped in the face.  My mom does this thing, thinking she's Elaine from Seinfeld, and she slaps your arm when she's excited or like "I told you so."  It's really annoying and I cannot stand when she does it.  I know she does it because she thinks she's Elaine at times.  I think she only does that to me.
  
  I've slapped H in the arm, but never anything serious.  Like @xxjen015, I'm not the most graceful person.  I've definitely punched/elbowed/whatever H by accident, just while trying to move around. 
  
  Aside from my ungraceful-ness, I don't think H has ever been slapped.
