WTF is up with the cost of diapers these days? Holy crap! I just priced out diapers for a baby shower and realized for newborns they are .40 a peice. With 10-12 changes a day thats $5 a day. Thats $150 a month! Thats like a bill all by itself!
I believe I will be more than willing to put out the extra work to cloth diaper when the time comes. Holy Canoli.
Wtf work - they are trying to do this 45 days of no heat and no ac. They will only turn the ac on if it's 81 or hotter outside for 3 consecutive days. WE HAVE NO WORKING WINDOWS! It's been 82-84 degrees at my cube. I ended up getting sick yesterday blowing my 4 weeks without throwing up record. I had to go take a cold bath to get my body temperature down when I got home... And yet our COL went on last week about how our morale needs to be internal and not based on your environment - f you! (that ended up as a rant sorry)
Wtf doctors - I make my appts on my off Friday for a reason - I'm off! Don't call to see if I'll come in Thursday or Monday! But now I have to use leave to go...

I'm calling the nurse today to see what temp for extended time is unhealthy. I'm here 9.5 hours a day. I almost cried yesterday because I thought being sick was over with.

Rant...I had a couple parents that didn't send in an hat for their child to wear in our parade today. It didn't even have to be decorated, just send something!! What bugs me is that hey do everything for the older siblings sports.and activities. Its like the younger ones get forgotten.
no that was just 1 eye. And that was just what surgicenter charged. Actually they charged 3x that, but 1100 is contracted rate. Its freaking crazy!!!
I went out to dinner with a friend last night and I got to pick the place. I decided I wanted to go to Logan House because I was craving their pork tacos (weird, right?). Anyway, we get there and find out that they had a grilled cheese special going on and there were all of these amazing sounding grilled cheese sandwich options. I was seriously considering getting one, but thought to myself, 'No, you wanted to come here for the tacos, get the tacos.' So I did. Well, I realized the only reason I really love the pork tacos is because they come with this awesome rice and beans side dish...or should I say, used to come with. They completely changed it up and I was less than impressed. And I spent the whole meal wishing I had a grilled cheese instead. Sigh.
