They said it looks like they each have their own everything, which is the least complicated situation possible- but leaves the identical/Fraternal question still a mystery.
They also saw a bleed, and asked if I had noticed any bleeding- which I haven't. They said it wasn't anything to worry about, happens often, and doesn't mean there is anything wrong. I'm just going to trust that.
It's definitely starting to feel more real! .
