I used to do every other day, but ever since I cut my hair short, I have to do it every day (at least on work days). Not sure why. My hair is very fine/thin and blonde so it shows everything. On the weekends, I can get away with skipping a day if I use some Lulu Organics hair powder. That stuff is awesome.
I REALLY want to get back to washing with just baking soda and apple cider vinegar, but I need a good week or more off work to get through the really bad part. When I was doing that before, I could easily go 3-4 days, which is a MIRACLE considering my hair type
